These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and services operated by TechFi Ventures LLC ("TechFi Ventures," "we," "our," or "us") (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent/legal guardian where applicable, to use our Services.

2. License to Use Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Interfere with platform security, availability, or integrity.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Reverse engineer or scrape Services in violation of law or our policies.
  • Circumvent usage controls, paywalls, or entitlement limits.

4. Accounts, Purchases, and Billing

Some Services may include paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases managed by third-party platform providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are generally governed by those platform terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property in the Services are owned by TechFi Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may depend on third-party tools, providers, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control, and your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechFi Ventures LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechFi Ventures LLC and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or if required for legal/security/operational reasons.

11. Changes to Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; updates take effect when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which TechFi Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by law.

Clōset App Terms Specifics (Product Addendum)

This section applies specifically to the Clōset mobile app on iOS and Android.

A. Informational Nature of Results

Clōset provides outfit analysis and style suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are based on visual pattern analysis and may not be accurate, complete, or right for every situation. They are not professional styling advice or personal recommendations.

B. No Judgment / Your Responsibility

Clōset evaluates visual outfit characteristics and does not make judgments about individuals. You are responsible for how you use the app's results and any decisions you make based on them.

C. Photos and Content You Submit

You are responsible for any content you submit through Clōset. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the right to do so. You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on anyone else's rights.

Submitted photos are processed to generate your analysis and then immediately deleted. They are not stored or retained.

D. Style Data and Personalization

By using Clōset, you agree that anonymized outfit analysis outputs — including scores, aesthetic classifications, color patterns, and style signals — may be retained and used to improve Clōset's analysis quality and personalization features over time. This data is linked to an anonymous device identifier and is not connected to your personal identity unless you create an optional account.

E. Monetization Features

Clōset offers free usage, rewarded ad unlocks, and subscription options.

F. Platform Terms Control Payments

All subscription and purchase transactions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Their billing, refund, and cancellation policies apply to all payment handling. TechFi Ventures LLC does not process payment card information directly.

G. Availability and Feature Changes

We may add, change, or remove Clōset features — including usage limits, ad formats, and premium functionality — at any time. We will do this to improve the product, ensure compliance, or respond to platform requirements.

H. Minors

Clōset is not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country or region, use Clōset only with a parent or guardian's approval and supervision.
